Banana Smoothies 

 

My mother may be the one writing this, but the reason I asked her to send in this recipe is because it’s my favorite smoothie. It’s yummy and cold, and I have it for breakfast all the time. I love making it with my mother and little sisters, and I think you will love it, too! 

 

1 cup milk or almond milk 

1 tablespoon honey 

1 tablespoon crushed nuts 

1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt 

Sprinkle of chia seeds. 

 

Place all ingredients into a blender jar. 

Blend on high speed.

Pour into a tall cup, and drink it with a straw!
