Two words: Red Bull. I don’t recommend this unhealthy drink during the year, but on days like Shavuos, it helps.
Volunteer to watch the baby. Trust me, you are not getting any sleep.
Splash your face and neck with icy cold water.
Learn while standing up, not sitting behind a desk
Learn with a chavrusah so anytime one of you is drifting off, the other can smack (maybe even literally) you back into reality.
Take a nap during the day.
I wear unconfutable shoes and clothes on purpose so I am not in a comfortable state to fall asleep.
Instead of snacking on cheesecake or other dairy foods which might make you sleepier, nosh on spicy foods.
If the AC is on, which it usually is, sit near the unit. The cold air and noise should help you from falling asleep.
Don’t fight the urge to take a brief nap. I find that even dozing off for five or ten minutes helps me stay up for hours afterwords.
